Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist to own a portfolio of client accounts from strategy through execution.

You will lead bi-weekly client calls, manage Meta campaigns for lead gen and appointments, and translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and drive client results, retention, and growth while coordinating tracking, Calendly integrations, and lead-routing workflows.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and client calls.
• Experience with conversion tracking and pixels.

Aufgaben

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports 24 hours before calls
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients
• Build client relationships that support retention and referrals
• Solve account issues proactively to support growth
