Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You will manage Meta campaigns, translate data into actionable guidance, and lead client calls to align on performance and priorities.

You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and directly impact client results, retention, and growth across multiple accounts while coordinating tracking and automation tasks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to meet defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust for cost-per-appointment and key metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop improvement strategies.
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative for stronger performance.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
• Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Proactively monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues.
