Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You will manage Meta campaigns, drive lead generation, and optimize performance while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will report to leadership and collaborate on ad messaging, tracking setup, and automation workflows to ensure consistent, qualified appointments and retention across our growing client base.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversion events; manage Calendly and Zapier workflows.
