Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own client accounts, manage Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking, and translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations, lead bi-weekly client calls, and drive retention, renewals, and referrals while monitoring budgets, targeting, and creative testing. Remote-friendly with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth.
