DXC Technology Company in the United States seeks a Business Analyst Advisor for an ITAR client in the manufacturing sector. You will map workflows, gather requirements, and configure MES systems to align with operations.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, developing user stories and test plans, supporting UAT, and coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, supply chain, and IT to improve data integrity and process efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years as a Business Analyst in manufacturing or aerospace/defense.
• Experience with Solumina MES (preferred) or other MES/MOM systems.
• Functional knowledge of SAP PP, QM, SM; ability to debug transactions.

Aufgaben

• Process Analysis — assess manufacturing, quality, and shop-floor workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Requirements Gathering — lead workshops and interviews to document functional and technical needs.
• Solumina Configuration — configure modules such as Work Instructions, Routing, NCR, MRB, and Quality.
• User Story Development — convert requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
• System Testing — create and execute test plans; support UAT.
• Change Management — contribute to training, documentation, and communication for new features.
• Production Support — troubleshoot issues and coordinate defect resolution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration — work with engineering, quality, supply chain, and IT to align MES capabilities with operations.
• Continuous Improvement — recommend enhancements to improve usability, data integrity, and efficiency.
