• Experience in business development, market analysis, and customer-facing activities.

• Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee MES implementation, integration, and continuous improvement to optimize production and data visibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, IT, and quality teams to meet technical and operational requirements.
• Identify opportunities for business growth through market analysis and customer engagement.
• Manage program risks, issues, and change requests; maintain clear communication with stakeholders and leadership.
