Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in CS/MIS/Engineering/related field; 8+ years' experience or 5+ with advanced degree
• U.S. Citizenship is required (government contractual requirement)

Responsibilities

• Bridge gaps between MES processes and business requirements
• Translate customer requirements into functional designs
• Author functional specifications and test plans
• Troubleshoot business processes against system capabilities
• Engage with DevOps solution management
• Support process mapping and solution design
• Work in an Agile environment with JIRA for DevOps
• Coordinate with internal customers and suppliers on solution development
