Job summary

DXC Technology in the United States seeks a Manufacturing Program Advisor remote to lead cross-functional initiatives that advance operational excellence and digital transformation in manufacturing. 10+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or technology environments.
Hands-on experience with MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, iBase-t Solumina, Apriso).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
Oversee MES implementation, integration, and continuous improvement to optimize production.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, IT, and quality to meet requirements.
Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and customer engagement.
Support business development activities including proposals and strategic planning.
Manage risks, issues, and changes with clear stakeholder communication.
Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track success.
Foster long-term relationships with customers and partners.
