Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a highly motivated Functional Analyst to join the Digital Technology team in a remote capacity. You will design, develop, enhance, and implement software solutions within the MES Center of Excellence and integrate with SAP ERP and other enterprise systems for internal Operations customers.

Responsibilities include translating requirements into designs, authoring specifications, troubleshooting, and coordinating with DevOps and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years with a related field.
• Experience in system design, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with MES, SAP ERP integrations, and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Bridge gaps between business processes and MES functionality and capabilities.
• Translate customer requirements into a solution design.
• Author functional specifications and design documents.
• Troubleshoot business processes against system capabilities.
• Engage with DevOps solution management and manage project tasks.
• Support MES solutions with production and end-user assistance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams across time zones.
• Lead multiple projects with gated reporting and status updates.
