Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, offers a remote SAP MRO Aftermarket Functional/Technical Analyst role. This remote opportunity requires 8+ years of SAP PP experience, strong communication, and project management skills, with travel as needed for project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; 8+ years of applicable work experience, or advanced degree and 5+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of SAP configuration experience in SAP Production Planning (SAP S/4 Hana preferred).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Project management experience.
• U.S. citizenship required; role may require access to restricted systems/tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain SAP modules.
• Contribute to SAP S/4 Hana digital transformation for Plan to Sustain workstream.
• Solve technical and functional problems and ensure integration with other solutions.
• Document requirements and translate into specs for effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless ERP integration.
• Lead or participate in ERP projects; align stakeholders on vision, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities using standard configurations.
