Job summary

RTX's Pratt & Whitney Digital Factory Operations seeks a MES Systems Analyst - Process Planning to design, develop, and deploy software for MES, PLM, and SAP ERP across the global manufacturing footprint.

You will lead Teamcenter integration, PLM workflow customization, and data modeling to enable a digital twin across operations, with emphasis on process planning and manufacturing execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in CS/Engineering or related field.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to Government contractual requirements.
• Experience with PLM disciplines including process planning and authoring.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business processes and PLM functionality across systems.
• Lead configuration and customization of Teamcenter workflows.
• Drive PLM-ERP/MES integrations for a seamless digital thread.
• Support PLM Process Planning solutions and production needs.
• Provide input to system requirements, designs, and test plans.
• Ensure compliance with RTX PW policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal customers and external partners.
• Travel up to 10% domestically/internationally as needed.
