Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks an in-market, remote Sales Account Executive to develop new business with bank partners in Ohio and Kentucky. The role requires driving 10+ hours weekly and traveling 3–4 days per week to meet clients, prospects, and partners.

You will sell Merchant Services to SMBs, manage referrals, and use Salesforce daily. A base salary plus commissions and expenses are provided, with full benefits included and a structured remote training program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Two to three years of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to travel 3-4 days per week in market.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow our bank partner relationship, resulting in consistent referral production.
• Daily utilization and updating of Salesforce as a CRM tool.
• Developing profitable new business account relationships and increased profitability from existing accounts by selling Merchant Services to Small/Medium Size businesses.
• Identifying business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services.
• Learn and develop expert-level knowledge of company products and services.
• Presenting to prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization's products and services to meet their needs.
• Implementing and maintaining an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.
• Receive guidance and training in a remote environment and achieve daily objectives as set forth by your manager.
