Ladders seeks a B2B Supplier Enablement Manager of Merchant Services to drive supplier enablement and merchant services strategy across business segments. Remote-eligible in the US, the role emphasizes expanding card acceptance and improving payment experiences with cross-functional collaboration.

You'll partner with analytics, vendor outreach, sales, client success, and client development to influence vendor behavior and resolve issues for clients and suppliers using practical payment solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• 5+ years in a business client-facing role.
• 3+ years selling merchant services.
• 7+ years in a business client-facing role preferred.
• 3+ years selling commercial or small business credit card products preferred.
• 3+ years working with DSO and DPO on both buyer and supplier sides preferred.
• 3+ years negotiating between buyer and supplier, focusing on C-suite executives or business owners preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with analytics, vendor outreach, sales, client success, and client development teams to convert non-accepting vendors.
• Understand client purchasing and receivables needs across various industry verticals.
• Leverage expertise in credit card industry pricing to influence client behavior.
• Analyze merchant acquiring business and financial considerations for vendors.
• Assist clients in utilizing card payments through knowledge of vendors' ERP systems.
• Build positive relationships as a trusted advisor to clients and vendors.
• Proactively resolve issues and provide timely solutions to clients and vendors.
• Contact vendors to secure payment instructions and identify card acceptance.
