Job summary

Capital One seeks a B2B Supplier Enablement Manager of Merchant Services, Remote Eligible, to drive vendor enablement and spend conversion for Brex enterprise clients. You will partner with Brex executives and client AP/AR teams to expand card usage and optimize rebates.

As trusted advisor, you will navigate vendor relationships, negotiate value, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions while supporting a growing, cross-functional program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 5 years in a business client facing role.
• At least 3 years selling Merchant Services.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads with analytics and vendor outreach to convert non-accepting vendors.
• Understand Brex clients and industry needs across AP/AR and treasury.
• Influence client behavior with card industry pricing knowledge.
• Understand merchant acquiring and cash-flow considerations.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with vendors and clients.
• Resolve issues and provide timely solutions to clients and vendors.
• Contact vendors to identify card acceptance and secure payment instructions.
