Job summary

SSVA is seeking an Infrastructure Specialist in the Charlotte, NC area with strong Meraki and Azure experience to deploy, automate, and troubleshoot critical network and server infrastructure for regional clients.

Responsibilities include deployment of Meraki environments, automation of runbooks, and coordinating with carriers. Travel to client sites and ongoing training for the service desk are part of the role.

Qualifications

5+ years of networking experience, including Meraki support.
3+ years of experience supporting Azure environments.
3+ years’ experience in Automation (Python, PowerShell).
3+ years’ experience with alert and alarm handling for Network, Server, and Azure Environments.

Responsibilities

Own deployment and ongoing management of Meraki environments from installation to user testing and acceptance.
Automate repeatable remediation and operational processes using PowerShell and Python.
Develop and maintain automated runbooks; integrate with APIs and management platforms.
Coordinate with network providers and carriers to resolve tickets and outages.
Travel to client sites for on-site engagements and product demonstrations.
Create training materials to elevate the service desk team.
