Job summary

Two Chairs is hiring licensed clinicians to provide remote, evidence-based therapy for adults (18+). The role features a structured 40-hour work week with a caseload target and a focus on measurement-based care to track patient progress.

Washington-licensed clinicians will deliver teletherapy across time zones, with EMR documentation within 48 hours. A sign-on bonus of $2,000 is offered for new hires who join by November 30, 2026.

Qualifications

• Active license and in good standing as a LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington.
• Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states; cost covered.
• Maintain a caseload of ~25 attended ongoing therapy and consult sessions per week (schedule a minimum of 29 per week).
• At least six months of teletherapy experience and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Schedule: Hours 8am–7pm PST, Mon–Fri, five days per week.
• All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours; AI-assisted options may be used.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+) using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Maintain a caseload of ongoing therapy sessions and assessments for new clients.
• Use measurement-based care tools to drive progress and adjust treatment.
• Maintain progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients as needed.
• Participate in weekly case consultation and monthly wellness groups.
