Job summary

Two Chairs is recruiting licensed mental health clinicians to deliver remote therapy to adults (18+). You’ll manage a caseload of 7–20 clients weekly, using evidence-based modalities and data to guide treatment.

The role supports WA licensure with company-sponsored process and offers a competitive pay structure with separate administrative rates for WA residents. Applicants should have teletherapy experience, a solid understanding of HIPAA, and comfort using EHR/EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Licensed in WA with one or more qualifying clinical licenses.
• Willing to pursue licensure in other states at company cost.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
• Teletherapy experience required; familiarity with assessment tools (e.g., PHQ-9).

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+).
• Maintain a 7–20 client caseload weekly.
• Use data to track progress and adjust treatment.
• Coordinate with other providers when needed and refer as appropriate.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant progress notes and documentation.
