Job summary

Two Chairs is hiring licensed mental health clinicians to deliver remote therapy to adult clients, using evidence-based modalities. The role supports a 7–20 session weekly schedule and requires WA licensure with flexibility to obtain licensure in other states.

Teletherapy experience and EHR proficiency are needed. The compensation includes a clinical hourly rate of $76 and an administrative rate of $23 for WA residents, with a sign-on bonus and wellness-related benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed in WA as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
• Willing to become licensed in other states; cost covered.
• Caseload 8-24 hours per week; 85% in client sessions.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+); teletherapy experience 6+ months.
• Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9).
• 6+ months of teletherapy experience and experience with EHR systems.
• Schedule 7-10 session hours Mon-Fri 8am–9pm PST; training first weeks.
• Documentation to be completed in EMR within 48 hours; AI-assisted tool option.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+), using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, MI.
• Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended sessions per week (as defined in role).
• Use data to track progress and adjust treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients when appropriate.
