Qualifications

• Licensed in Washington as a mental health professional (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LMHC/PhD/PsyD).
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+) including teletherapy.
• Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients.
• Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended sessions per week.
• Use data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other providers and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
