Job summary

Two Chairs is transforming mental health care by delivering remote therapy to adults using evidence-based modalities and measurement-based care. Clinicians practice 8am–7pm PST, five days a week, with caseloads around 25 ongoing sessions and 29+ total weekly sessions, all within HIPAA-compliant EMR workflows.

We require active WA licensure (LICSW/LMFT/LMHC or PhD/PsyD), with willingness to pursue licensure in other states.

Qualifications

• Active license and in good standing (LICSW/LMFT/LMHC or PhD/PsyD in WA).
• Willing to become licensed in other states; cost covered.
• Maintain a caseload of ~25 attended sessions weekly; 29+ sessions scheduled.
• At least 2+ years of active licensure with adults and proficiency with PHQ-9.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+).
• Maintain a caseload and conduct assessments for new clients.
• Use measurement-based care tools to drive effective treatment and adjust based on progress.
• Maintain progress notes and documentation in HIPAA/state regulations.
• Collaborate with other providers and refer clients when appropriate.
• Participate in weekly case consultation and wellness groups.
