Competenze

• Independently licensed in Indiana as LCSW/LMFT/LMHC or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
• Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states; we’ll cover the cost.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months teletherapy, proficiency with PHQ-9, and comfort with EHR systems.

Mansioni

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+), using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week and 8–24 total hours available Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. EST/CST.
• Participate in weekly manager check-ins (1 hour in first 6 weeks, then 30 minutes monthly).
• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other providers and document within 48 hours in EMR.
