Two Chairs is hiring licensed clinicians to provide remote therapy to adult clients 18+, employing evidence-based modalities and flexible scheduling. You’ll maintain a steady caseload, collaborate with other providers, and ensure timely EMR documentation with ongoing professional development and wellness benefits.

Qualificações

• Independently licensed in Florida as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC or PhD/PsyD.
• Willing to become licensed in other states; employer covers costs.
• 2+ years clinical experience with adults, 6+ months teletherapy, proficiency with PHQ-9, and comfort with EHR.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults 18+, using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, IPT, EFT, MI.
• Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week with 8–24 total hours of weekly availability (Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. EST).
• Spend ~85% of time in direct client care and participate in weekly/monthly manager check-ins.
• Complete all documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
