Two Chairs is a remote-friendly mental health provider delivering evidence-based therapy to adults. Clinicians work with CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, and other modalities, managing a weekly caseload and using metrics to guide care.

Licensed in Washington (LICSW/LMFT/LMHC or Psychologist) with 2+ years of licensure, teletherapy experience, and proficiency with EHRs are required. The role offers flexible hours, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in Washington and in good standing as LICSW/LMFT/LMHC or Psychologist.
• Minimum 2+ years of active licensure and experience with adults (18+).
• Proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking progress.

Responsabilités

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+).
• Maintain a caseload of ongoing therapy and assessments weekly.
• Use measurement-based care tools to monitor progress and adjust approach.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant progress notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with other providers and refer clients when appropriate.
• Participate in weekly case consultation and ongoing professional development.
