Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, MFT, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Texas license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine mental health status and therapy needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans for mental health issues.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions with culturally responsive practices.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and primary care physicians to coordinate care.
• Document encounters accurately in EHR and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Provide crisis intervention and employ de‑escalation techniques when needed.
