Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in Texas.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse clients.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficiency in EMR software and related technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain open communication with patients, families, and team members to monitor progress.
• Schedule and manage appointments, home visits, and progress reviews.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care.
• Document progress through monthly and quarterly reports.
• Organize staff training on program implementation and documentation.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the broader mental health community.
• Stay informed about evolving best practices and protocols.
