St. Arnold Behavioral Health in Austin, Texas is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for a full-time remote position.

Clinicians will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual and group therapy, and collaborate with psychiatrists to ensure comprehensive care. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, a Texas license (LMFT/LPC/LCSW), and at least four years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Valid Texas LMHC/LPC/LCSW licensure (or eligibility).
• Minimum four years of related clinical experience.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to evaluate mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to deliver individual and group counseling sessions, adapting methods to diverse clients.
• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and doctors, to coordinate holistic care.
• Advocate for clients by providing referrals to additional mental health services or community resources.
