Crosscare Behavioral Health Center is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for a full-time remote role serving clients in Houston, TX from home. The clinician will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy while ensuring ethical standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field and active licensure (LMFT/LPC/LCSW), with experience in teletherapy and EMR systems to support continuous care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or closely related field.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT/LPC/LCSW).
• Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional development.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough assessments using evidence-based tools.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
