Qualificações

• Active licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Texas.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments and tailor treatment plans.
• Implement CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
• Lead psychoeducational and support groups.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals.
• Manage crisis situations with immediate intervention and support.
• Educate patients on conditions and treatment options.
• Maintain confidential documentation in EHRs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
