Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Membership Specialist to analyze applications, perform data-driven analyses, and support compliance reviews in a remote setting.

You will coordinate with transplant centers, OPOs, and laboratories, ensuring accurate records and timely guidance on processes. The role requires analytical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, with experience in policy compliance and customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Policy, Business Administration, Healthcare, Customer Service, or a related field.
• At least one year experience in roles involving policy compliance, operational oversight, healthcare processes, or customer service.
• Analytical: strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Teams, Excel); experience with data-driven systems or databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to liaise with members and stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Customer service experience.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Application Review: Analyze membership applications and update requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance; address deficiencies with applicants; prepare summaries for committees.
• Analysis & Reporting: Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of member performance metrics; support compliance reviews and policy enforcement with dashboards and documentation.
• Stakeholder Communication: Respond to inquiries from transplant centers, OPOs, and laboratories; provide guidance on application and compliance processes.
• Operational Support: Maintain records of applications, reviews, and membership data; collaborate with internal teams to deliver membership services.
