Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in accounting/finance-related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare billing/enrollment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, resolve, and document complex reconciliation discrepancies.
• Process refunds, transfers of premiums, and enrollment changes.
• Maintain accurate notes and respond timely to member/broker inquiries.
• Perform account reconciliation using Access or Excel and other reports.
• Educate members, brokers, and groups on billing processes and policies.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
