Job summary

Foodsmart is seeking a temporary part-time Member Support Agent to provide live support for member inquiries, eligibility, appointments, platform access, and benefits. This remote role requires about 29 hours per week and lasts up to six months, with no health insurance benefits.

You will be the first point of contact, document interactions, navigate FAQs, and assist with basic technology troubleshooting while protecting member data.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication for remote support.
• Experience handling PII/PHI and HIPAA basics.
• Ability to work 9AM–5PM PT Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for inbound member inquiries.
• Document interactions and resolutions for follow-up.
• Troubleshoot platform and account issues and provide benefits guidance.
