Job summary

Foodsmart is seeking a Part Time Member Support Representative to provide live support to members nationwide. This remote role involves helping with registration, scheduling, eligibility, and understanding Foodsmart benefits. It requires strong communication, accuracy, and sensitivity with protected information.

Workload includes 30 hours per week, with evening shifts ending by 8:30 PM PST. Compensation is $20.68–$21.00 per hour, with an optional $4k annual commission plan.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a support role, either in person or on live calls.
• Ability to communicate complex information concisely in writing.
• Experience handling sensitive information including PII/PHI with HIPAA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Interact with members via live inbound calls with empathy and patience.
• Document interactions and resolutions for seamless follow-up.
• Verify eligibility and benefits using internal tools during calls.
• Match members to the right dietitian and schedule appointments.
• Troubleshoot platform and account issues for members.
