Job summary

Foodsmart is seeking a Part-time Member Support Agent to provide live assistance for member inquiries, eligibility, appointments, and benefits. This remote role requires about 29 hours per week with no health insurance eligibility, and a strong emphasis on data privacy and fast, accurate problem solving.

You will navigate FAQs, document resolutions, and coordinate with dietitians to align appointment times with members' schedules, while maintaining high QA and data integrity in a remote

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound member inquiries and document interactions.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and guide members through account issues.
• Verify eligibility and guide benefits and Telenutrition details.
• Match members with the right dietitian and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate member records and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
• Respect privacy and protect sensitive information at all times.
