Job summary

Foodsmart is seeking a Part-Time Member Support Agent to provide live remote support for member inquiries, eligibility, appointments, platform access, and food benefits. You will assist with elevated troubleshooting, provider coordination, and special operational projects.

The role is approximately 29 hours per week, with time-off provided and no health insurance benefits included. You will work remotely from the USA, earning $20.68–$21.00 per hour plus a potential commission plan.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of remote or hybrid call-center experience.
• Ability to handle sensitive information (PII/PHI) and HIPAA basics.
• Private, secure, quiet workspace.
• Availability Monday–Thursday 11:00–17:30 PST and Friday 11:30–17:00 PST; 8 PM PST a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for inbound member inquiries.
• Document interactions and ongoing resolutions for follow-up.
• Navigate FAQs and SOPs to resolve questions on the spot.
• Ensure member records are accurate.
• Provide basic technology troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with dietitians to match members with appointments.
• Protect sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex problems.
