Job summary

Foodsmart is seeking a Part Time Member Support Representative Tier 2 to provide live support for inbound member calls, explain services, eligibility, and benefits. This remote role starts at approximately 30 hours weekly and does not include health insurance.

You will document interactions, verify coverage, liaise with providers, match members with dietitians, and help customers navigate our platform; high accountability and privacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support role, in person or on live calls.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information, HIPAA familiarity is a plus.
• Private, secure workspace and reliable internet.
• Availability for 4–8 hour shifts ending at 8:30 PM PST, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Interact empathetically with members and providers on live inbound calls.
• Document interactions and resolutions for follow-up.
• Verify member eligibility and provider benefits during live calls.
• Match members with the right dietitian and schedule appointments.
• Troubleshoot platform and account issues for users.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on food delivery questions.
