Job summary

RadiFi Credit Union is seeking a Member Success Advocate I to serve as a resource within the branch network for new and existing member accounts, along with teller transactions. You will promote, refer, and cross-sell through a consultative needs-based approach, handling openings and various member services.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, up to 25% travel, and a Monday–Saturday schedule with one Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
• A high school degree or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft products.
• Able to operate a 10-key calculator, typewriter, and computer keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide courteous, accurate service across areas.
• Promote RadiFi products and services to meet member needs with a consultative approach.
• Assist in growth through referrals to Investment Services, Mortgages, and Business Services.
• Attend outside business development activities and sales prospecting events as assigned.
• Follow training to cross-sell using RadiFi service and sales standards.
