Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States is seeking a Quality Specialist, Member Intake for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will conduct call audits, evaluate interactions against established standards, and provide actionable feedback to improve agent performance and member experience.

You will collaborate with Supervisors and the Training and Quality Manager to support onboarding, coaching, and continuous learning, while contributing to weekly and monthly quality reports and

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a contact center or member services.
• Familiarity with QA scorecards and performance evaluation methods.
• Experience in quality assurance, call auditing, or team leadership preferred.
• Working knowledge of Workday, CRM systems and QA software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coach and train others.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular call audits using QA scorecards with objective feedback.
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure fair scoring practices.
• Provide coaching based on audit findings to improve performance.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training activities.
• Contribute to weekly and monthly quality reports and analyses.
• Identify service gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and training teams to maintain standards.
