Job summary

Navigator Credit Union in Mississippi seeks a full-time Member Solutions Specialist to deliver an exceptional member experience. You will grow membership by opening new accounts, cross-selling products, and meeting monthly production targets through proactive sales and service excellence.

The role involves multi-channel engagement, outbound campaigns, digital service support, and occasional video teller duties, with training and onboarding contributions to the team.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of six (6) months of continuous service in their current role at Navigator Credit Union with no disciplinary actions during that period.
• Must hold an active Certified Financial Counselor designation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; efficient typing and data entry; accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Grow membership through opening new accounts and strategic cross-selling of credit union products and services.
• Serve as a dedicated point of contact across channels, including outbound campaigns and digital service functions.
• Act as video teller as needed and assist in training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit union products, services, and procedures; apply The Member Advantage methodology.
