Qualifications

• Comfort learning new systems and technology.
• Banking, financial services, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or contact center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist members by phone with account, loan, debit card, and online banking inquiries.
• Resolve issues with a focus on first-call resolution and member satisfaction.
• Process transactions and account maintenance requests accurately.
• Educate members on products and services that support their financial goals.
