You will counsel delinquent members, track communications, and support credit solutions programs in regulatory-compliant ways. Key duties include handling multiple collection areas, documenting interactions, and advising on possible repossessions or actions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in debt collection or loan recovery.
• Ability to counsel delinquent members by phone, mail, or email.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.

• Handle several areas of collection within Loan Workout & Recovery.
• Contact delinquent members via telephone, mail, or email.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all communications and actions.
• Review and assign accounts for repossessions.
• Review proposals from credit counseling agencies.
• Maintain databases and spreadsheets for analysis and tracking.
• Recommend accounts for legal action when necessary.
