Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be physically located within the United States.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone.
• Have reliable high-speed internet.
• Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License.
• Licensing guidance and support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with members through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments.
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits clearly and professionally.
• Help members understand options based on their individual and family needs.
• Guide eligible members through applications and enrollment.
• Provide ongoing customer service following enrollment.
