You'll conduct virtual consultations, help clients understand benefits, assist with enrollment, and deliver ongoing support while building lasting relationships in a fully remote, nationwide framework.

Qualifications

• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• No insurance experience required (training provided)
• Excellent communication and client-service skills
• Comfortable with virtual meetings and online enrollment processes

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Explain available benefits and guide clients through enrollment
• Provide ongoing client support and follow-up
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
• Build long-term client relationships and trust
