Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team handling enrollment applications and documentation.
• Oversee daily work assignments, productivity, and coaching.
• Manage inbound/outbound communications handling PII/PHI per HIPAA.
• Train staff on policies, tools, systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Review completed work for quality, identify trends and training needs.
• Interview candidates, provide hiring recommendations, handle attendance.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and align with objectives.
• Use member services tools to support workflows and issue resolution.
• Escalate complex cases to stakeholders.
• Track and report processing metrics for dashboards.
• Support dual-operations or transition activities.
