Job summary

Pioneer FCU is seeking a dynamic Account and Loan Processor (Member Services Representative) for the eBranch in Mountain Home, ID. You will assist members with new accounts, loans, and digital services, while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires at least one year of related experience and a high school diploma or GED. You will work with home banking, mobile banking, and DocuSign within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of similar or related experience.
• Excellent public relations skills and knowledge of Credit Union services and products.
• Proficiency with Pioneer electronic channels (home banking, mobile banking, myPioneer Personal Assistant).
• Comfortable with technology and able to support members through electronic and phone channels.
• Ability to use multiple systems to assist internal and external requests.
• Strong accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain consumer accounts and loans via online and phone channels.
• Analyze credit reports and identify opportunities to deepen member relationships.
• Follow up on new loans and deposits to increase sales and referrals.
• Ensure proper documentation for auditing and compliance purposes.
• Assist members and potential members in navigating electronic services and platforms.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect member information.
