Achieve, a digital personal finance company, is hiring a remote Member Services representative. You’ll assist members by phone and email with empathy and practical solutions, guiding them toward a better financial future. The role offers 100% work-from-home flexibility, with optional Tempe office days during hybrid weeks and a clear path for career progression.

Starting pay is $16.00/hour with an 8-hour shift window (6am–8pm) and weekend options with incentives. Join us to make a real impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience (call center or retail).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Available for an 8-hour shift between 6am - 8pm.
• People-focused approach and solution mindset.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls.
