Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service or financial services experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to educate and influence members on financial products.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering member relationships.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and online chats from members daily per guidelines and provide excellent service.
• Perform transactions for deposit and loan accounts using various systems.
• Process loan payments, payoffs, transfers, and online banking updates.
• Take a consultative approach in discussing the benefits of Workers Credit Union products.
• Resolve members’ account and system issues while observing regulatory requirements and policies.
• Assist members with basic digital banking issues such as password resets and alerts.
• Educate members on available products and services.
• Adhere to scripts and established protocols for consistent member interactions.
• Meet daily call quotas and achieve high satisfaction ratings.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
