Mayo Employees Federal Credit Union (MEFCU) is seeking a Call Center Representative to deliver professional member service by phone, live chat, and email. This full-time role supports the Branch Operations team in Rochester, MN, with a remote work option and a starting hourly wage based on experience.

The successful candidate will handle calls, assist with online banking, and resolve inquiries while maintaining a high standard of service for Mayo Clinic employees and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent AND two years of experience in a financial institution OR an Associate degree AND one year of experience in a financial institution.
• All employees must be bondable by MEFCU's insurance policy. Continued employment is subject to maintaining favorable bondable status per insurance standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality member service by answering and routing incoming calls accurately and efficiently.
• Handle inquiries and requests via phone, Live Chat, Video Chat, Secure Messaging, ITMs and email.
• Educate members on online banking and telephone banking products.
• Assist members with opening, servicing, or closing all types of credit union accounts.
• Process transactions and provide account information such as balances and statement details.
• Resolve member concerns and direct complex issues to the appropriate departments.
