Job summary

Travelwithsan is seeking a friendly Member Experience Associate to be the main point of contact for members, delivering timely support and solutions across phone, email, and digital channels. You will maintain records, resolve issues, and help create a positive customer journey in a fully remote environment.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with the ability to multitask and work independently. Previous customer-service or related experience is a plus.
