SCAN Health Plan is seeking a remote Member Experience Guide to serve as a trusted partner to our members. You will own inquiries from start to resolution with empathy, clarity, and accountability, prioritizing member needs in every interaction.

The role emphasizes a Champion’s Mindset, first-call resolution when possible, and collaboration across teams to improve member experiences. Training starts 10/19/2026 with 7 weeks of mandatory sessions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service in contact center, healthcare, hospitality, or service environments.
• English read/write/speak required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with empathy and member-first focus to build trust.
• Own the end-to-end experience, resolving inquiries and concerns.
• Translate benefits, claims, and processes into simple guidance for members.
• Provide clear next steps, follow-up, and closure.
