Job summary

SCAN Group, a nonprofit health organization, seeks a Seasona l Member Experience Guide for fully remote work across AZ, NV, TX, WA, and more. Start date 10/19/2026; 7 weeks of training 8am-4:30pm PST; base hourly pay rate $20.00. After training shift TBD.

The role centers on empathy, accountability, and member-first interactions to resolve inquiries and build loyalty. You will own end-to-end experiences, aim for first-call resolution, and advocate for improvements while delivering clear guidance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a contact center, healthcare, hospitality, or service-oriented environment
• Experience resolving customer issues, managing multiple systems, and handling high-volume interactions
• Required: English (Read, Write, Spoken)

Responsibilities

• Build trust through active listening and member-first focus in every interaction.
• Own the end-to-end experience: resolve inquiries and concerns with accountability.
• Deliver path-to-yes solutions by applying critical thinking to remove barriers.
• Translate benefits and processes into simple, actionable guidance for members.

• Provide clear next steps and timely follow-through with proactive communication.
